DEEBOT 45 will not charge.
Possible Causes 1: DEEBOT 45 have not Power ON.
Solutions: press and hold AUTO Mode Button fir 3 seconds to power NO DEEBOT 45 then charge.
Possible Causes 2 DEEBOT 45 has not made a connection with the Charging Dock.
Solutions: Be sure that DEEBOT 45 has made a connection with the Charging Dock Pins. You may move the robot manually to make the connection if necessary.
Possible Causes 3: Charging Dock is unplugged while DEEBOT 45 is powered ON, which causes battery consumption.
Solutions: Plug in the Charging Dock and ensure DEEBOT 45 is powered ON. Keep DEEBOT 45 on the Charging Dock to make sure it has full a battery to work at any time.
Possible Causes 4: The battery is completely discharged.
Solutions: Re-activate the battery. Place DEEBOT 45 on the Charging Dock by hand, remove after charging for 3 minutes, repeat 3 times; then charge normally.
DEEBOT 45 gets into trouble while working and stops.
Possible Cause: DEEBOT 45 is tangled with something on the floor (electrical cords, drooping curtains, area rug fringe etc.).
Solution: DEEBOT 45 will try various ways to get itself out of trouble. If it is unsuccessful, manually remove the obstacles and restart.
DEEBOT 45 cleans for a shorter time per charge in some areas.
Possible Cause: Working time varies according to floor surface, room complexity and the selected Cleaning Mode.
Solution: This is normal, NO solution necessary.
DEEBOT 45 will not clean automatically at scheduled time.
Possible Causes 1: DEEBOT 45 is powered OFF.
Solutions: Powered ON DEEBOT 45.
Possible Causes 2: DEEBOT 45’s battery is low.
Solutions: Keep DEEBOT 45 powered ON and on the Charging Dock to make sure it has a full battery to work at any time.
Possible Causes 3: DEEBOT 45’s Suction Intake is blocked and/or its components are tangled with obstacles.
Solutions: Turn DEEBOT 45’s power OFF, clean the Dust Bin, and invert the robot. Clean the Suction Intake and components of DEEBOT 45.
Remote Control failure (effective control range of Remote Control is 5m (16’)).
Possible Causes 1: The batteries in the Remote Control need to be replaced.
Solutions: Replace with new batteries making sure they are installed correctly.
Possible Causes 2: DEEBOT 45 is powered OFF or DEEBOT 45’s battery is low.
Solutions: Make sure DEEBOT 45 Powered is ON and fully charged.
Possible Causes 3: The infrared signal cannot be transmitted because the Infrared Emitter on the Remote Control or the Infrared Receiver on DEEBOT 45 is dirty.
Solutions: Use dry cotton cloth to wipe the Infrared Emitter on Remote Control and the Infrared Receiver on DEEBOT 45.
Possible Causes 4: There is other equipment interfering with the infrared signal to DEEBOT 45.
Solutions: Avoid using the Remote Control near other equipment using infrared signals.
